Heated Jacuzzi, billiards, pétanque, table tennis, large equipped kitchen, garden and private parking: everything is planned to welcome your tribe, whether it's relatives or colleagues. The space Le Domaine En Maguéro is a large house with a swimming pool designed for your group events: birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, seminars, team building, family reunions, weddings... and just as suitable for holidays with family or friends, less than 1 hour from Toulouse, in the heart of the Occitan countryside. Looking for a big dance party with a DJ for 100 or 200 people? The village party hall, just across the street, can also be rented at a low price (around €200) — a perfect addition for XXL events, while your group sleeps at the house. Inside, you will sleep in spacious rooms with new bedding and large comfortable mattresses — some designed for large groups, others more intimate. You will enjoy a bathroom (shower + bathtub) and a separate toilet: there is only one shower room, but it is supplied by a boiler (not a water heater), so there is plenty of hot water, even for a large group. A real games room awaits you: pool table, TV, board games. You will cook and entertain in a large dining room (which turns into a dance floor in the evening) and a fully equipped kitchen: large fridge, oven, coffee machine, beer tap, dishwasher, complete tableware and shatterproof glasses. Outside, you will enjoy a private pool and a large heated jacuzzi (up to 40°C in winter, bubbles and whirlpools) on the terrace, grills for your barbecues, a soccer field, pétanque, and table tennis. All on a vast private property, surrounded by nature. On site, you will find: bed sheets provided (remember to bring your towels and a bathrobe for the Jacuzzi in winter), soap, shampoo and shower gel, fiber Wi-Fi, central heating, and a video projector with a large screen on request. A real breath of Occitan air to meet, celebrate, or simply take a break. Guest access You have the entire villa to yourselves, just for your group. A security deposit of €1,000 will be requested by bank authorization (nothing is charged); you will then receive the lockbox code. Without the cleaning package (€150), the accommodation must be left clean, as you found it. (If a cleaning team needs to be called in urgently before the next group on a Sunday, a fee will be added.) Your check-in is usually from 4 pm and your check-out before 11 am — we remain flexible, especially if no one is checking in before or after you: we can work it out together without any problem!
