My house is located 100 meters from the sea and located in Casablanca (name given to the urban area that belongs to Almenara (Castellón). It is a space to retreat and rest connected with the surrounding nature. From the same terrace you can see the birds migrate and you can hear the infinite sound of the sea. And if you want to get around, you'll find nearby areas to enjoy life. The space It is a townhouse facing the Mediterranean with capacity for eight people that has two different spaces: an area at street level and a first floor. The first floor has an impressive terrace that is accessed directly from the living room. The rest of this floor is completed with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). Also on this floor are the living room and kitchen that are joined but independent and a bathroom with shower and screen with exterior window. Downstairs is the third bedroom with separate access. This large room has a double bed and two single bunk beds. Next to this room is a large area overlooking the garden. In this area you can enjoy a space of tranquility and relaxation accompanied by the largest and liveliest green area of this house from where you can hear the sea and also observe the migratory fauna that does not stop moving like me. The entire upper part, which includes common rooms such as the kitchen, the living/dining room area, the huge terrace overlooking the garden and the sea; in addition to a full bathroom and two bedrooms.
