Every private room has attached bathroom, TV and Ac,hot water. only the kitchen and living room are shared.Wifi available . paid parking if available, Alcohol consumption only in bed room. smoking only in balcony. The space you can only expect budget friendly and decent stay. area 120sft aprox. Other than towels. Bathroom essentials are not provided. paid car parking(only according to the availability). Two single cot modified into one single a bit bigger than king size cot. Housekeeping is done every day except Tuesday. No house help for 24 . you can expect 90% when compare to the photos I listed. you can expect good stay not excellent stay like 5 star hotel or 4 star hotel. 5% of the walls, ceiling over all room appreance of bedrooms and bathroom could be imperfections with with strains some kind ware and tear impressions . 5% could be change bedsheet color and quality and curtains and quality and color compare to photos. 98% pest free house. Guest access private room kitchen, living room, balcony. if I feel your usage causes any damage or disturbence or discomfort. you can expect objection from side. During your stay mostly through Airbnb message box. may communicate through whatapp or through call depending on situation. sometimes I may not respond immediately ,but try my level best to give fast response.
