The 75m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: please note that you need to climb the stairs to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, and microwave (ATTENTION: the traditional oven is NOT usable) - Living area with double sofa bed, split A/C and dining table - Bedroom with double bed, clothes rack, desk, TV and split A/C - Bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower.
