Just a 5-minute stroll to Aberavon Beach, and close to shops, cafés, and transport links — ideal for relaxing, exploring, and creating lasting coastal memories with loved ones! Set just minutes from Aberavon Beach, this four-bedroom home is ideal for families, groups, and those needing accessible features. Living Room: Bright and welcoming with colourful decor, smart TV, full-width blackout curtains, and a sofa bed (single or double setup available). Board games and books for all ages. Kitchen: Fully equipped with double oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and all cookware. Kitchenette with extra prep space. Dining Area: Seats up to 8 with patio doors leading to the garden. Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Twin or super king configuration with attached wet room. Wheelchair accessible with ramped access. - Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Twin or super king configuration (guest choice). - Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two single beds, not joinable. - Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Single bed in a cosy room. Bathrooms: Downstairs wet room with electric shower (ensuite to Bedroom 1). Upstairs bathroom with thermostatic mixer shower over the bath. Garden: Spacious, enclosed rear garden with dining area, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Parking: Driveway parking for 3-4 cars plus free street parking. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the garden and driveway. Other things to note A retractable stair gate is installed for child safety. A temporary rubber ramp can be provided for step-free access at the front door. Please inform us in advance of any accessibility or sleeping arrangement preferences. We welcome well-behaved dogs (maximum of two). A fee applies per pet. To ensure comfort for all guests, pets must remain off furniture and beds at all times. Please inform us of any pets before your stay. Undeclared pets or breaches of these rules may incur a £100 fine plus any additional cleaning costs. Wheelchair rental is available for the duration of your stay for an additional fee of £20 per stay.
