The space Furnishings The apartment with approx. 130 m² of living space impresses with its exquisite furnishings and harmonious decor. On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen with Bora induction stove with integrated extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and toaster. The open living room with its cozy seating area in front of the fireplace (gas) invites you to linger with a flat-screen TV (cable). The two bedrooms on this floor are each equipped with box spring beds (180 x 200) and TV. The modern shower room with floor-level shower and a small utility room with washing machine complete the picture. In the basement there is another bedroom and the spacious wellness area with a spacious sauna, the wet area and a freestanding bathtub. Another room is equipped with play equipment for fun pastimes for children, teenagers and the young at heart. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels for your arrival. The apartment has a small terrace with seating. The special features The apartment is a non-smoking residence. We are happy to provide you with Wi-Fi free of charge. You can conveniently park your car in a parking space next to the house. Sauna towels and bathrobes can be booked for €3 each. In the high season, this apartment is rented from Sunday to Sunday. The 5th and 6th person pays €10 per night.
