This home features a private driveway that leads into a private courtyard with a cozy gazebo and grill area, perfect for relaxing and connecting with the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds for up to 6 adults plus kids, plenty of lounge space, and TVs throughout for ultimate comfort and relaxation. To make your stay even better, we offer a basic concierge service to all of our guests—whether you need recommendations, reservations, or a little extra help. Feel free to reach out with any questions or special requests. We’d love to host you! Guest access Feel free to enjoy all areas of our home during your stay! Everything in the house is fully accessible to you, with the exception of the outdoor shed and the stairwell, which are off-limits and separate from guest areas. Also, right next to the property, you’ll find a large gazebo in the municipal park — it’s a public space, and you’re more than welcome to use and enjoy it during your stay! Other things to note We’d love to share that our neighborhood has a bit of character! You’ll likely meet Penelope, our sweet neighborhood cat who was abandoned by a previous owner years ago — she’s now part of the family. You may also spot chickens, parrots, iguanas, and other local wildlife around the property. You’ll enjoy the sounds of chirping birds, singing coquíes, and yes — you’ll hear the ocean breeze from the home! We provide some animal food in case you’d like to feed them, but there’s no obligation to interact if you prefer not to. Also, feel free to enjoy the municipal park and the large public gazebo right next to the home — it’s a lovely spot to relax!
