BBQ on-site with fresh local produce from nearby markets. Free parking and self check-in included. Just 30 min to Nasu. The space -It is located about 30 minutes by car from Nasushiobara Station. We recommend that you bring your own car or a rental car. (There is a parking lot on site.) -The private sauna, outdoor cold bath and open-air bath are attractive. -The room is equipped with stylish furniture and the latest home appliances. You can also enjoy videos and movies with a large projector. There are board games and basketball also. Why not try the popular Mölkky? ! Please spend a comfortable and enjoyable time in this villa area. -The bedroom is on the second floor. There are 6 single beds, and a maximum of 6 people can stay. With one bed for each person, you will not feel tired after your trip. Small children can also stay. *We have also installed air conditioning in the bedrooms! You can stay comfortable even in the hot weather. -You can have a BBQ on the premises. *Only a grill is provided, so please bring charcoal, fire starters, and nets, including food. Please be careful when handling fire. -The room is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for daily life, such as a microwave, refrigerator, pots, dishes, kettles, and hair dryers, so you can stay as if you were at home. *There is no washing machine. -This facility uses a portable toilet. Please note that the water may drain slowly and there may be a distinctive odor. Thank you for your understanding. -After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a house guide. It includes maps and information on electrical appliances, so even first-time visitors can feel at ease. [BBQ Precautions] *If you wish to use the grill, please be sure to contact us by the day before. -Please refrain from using the dishes in the kitchen during BBQ as there is a risk of damage or injury. -After BBQ, please separate your garbage and clean up the area around the BBQ space. ★ Burnable garbage (paper, plastic, PET bottles, etc.) ★ Non-burnable garbage (bottles, cans, ceramics, etc.) -Please close the windows to prevent odors from transferring indoors. -It is prohibited to use firewood for BBQ in the area as it may cause a fire. -Please note that an additional fee will be charged if dirt or garbage is not separated Please note: The property is surrounded by trees, including cedar, so during Japan’s spring pollen season (February–April), those with hay fever may experience symptoms. -As the property is surrounded by nature, insects may be present. ♨️Sauna and Firewood Usage ♨️ Please note that the sauna can only be used when dry firewood is available on site. Please bring your own firewood or purchase it in advance. Firewood is also available for purchase at 1,300 yen (tax included) per bundle (approximately 8 kg). If you would like to purchase firewood, please contact us via message by the day before your stay. To ensure safe and responsible use, please use firewood moderately and follow the house guide instructions. Guest access -The room can be reserved for private use. -Please be quiet at night. Other things to note -Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but we may be able to accommodate you depending on the situation on the day. If you wish to check in, please contact us via message. Also, please be sure to check out by time as it will affect your next reservation. If you are late, we will charge 2,000 yen per hour. -Please only use the number of beds in the room for the number of people. Towels will only be provided for the number of people at the time of reservation. -It is prohibited to let anyone other than the person who made the reservation stay at the hotel. -Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. If cigarette butts are found, an additional fee will be charged. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. -Please cooperate in separating your garbage. Also, do not throw used charcoal on the ground. - For long-term reservations (one month or more), we do not require a deposit, so you will need to sign a "Fixed-term Building Lease Contract" and a "Facilities Confirmation" (repair responsibility). * We are obligated to report guest information to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under the Private Lodging Business Act.
