Located in the historic center of Viarigi, quiet area, easy access by car with free parking nearby. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property: six independent apartments, each with living room, kitchen, and bathroom, for a total of eleven bedrooms and six bathrooms. They will also have access to the WineBar on the ground floor during opening hours or for private events upon request, to a large furnished terrace, to the shared internal areas such as stairs and the historic entrance, and to the nearby restaurant, which is open to the public but easily accessible just across the street. No part of the house is shared with other guests: the entire building will be reserved exclusively for your group. On request, we can provide spaces for group activities such as yoga, cooking classes, tastings, or guided tours. Other things to note The property is located in the historic center of Viarigi. Car access is allowed for loading and unloading luggage, with free parking a short walk away. It is spread over several floors connected by internal stairs and has no elevator. During your stay, we can arrange group experiences upon request, such as a visit to the Ruché Museum with wine tasting, a tour of the Mazzetti d’Altavilla distillery with grappa tasting, guided bike and trekking tours, yoga and cooking classes, Vespa tours through Monferrato, excursions to Alba and the Langhe in search of truffles, and golf days at Margara Golf Club (15 min). The WineBar on the ground floor is open to the public at certain times, but the entire building is reserved exclusively for your group.
