La Rosie de Dury

A house located in the heart of the village of Dury, in the countryside 5 minutes from Amiens. A house divided into two parts made by us, the first being finished ready to be rented, for your greatest pleasure of having tranquility within the village but proximity to the city of Amiens. With a fenced exterior and private parking (under expansion). The space An old house completely renovated and divided into two small houses of 70 m² each. Currently, one house is available out of the two, as the second is being renovated. For a better arrival, very early or late, we have just installed a lockbox. Free private parking (under construction for expansion). Fenced garden for the safety of your animals, but also your youngest children. You will also find a large grass-side table for lunch (children's hut and BBQ installed for the season). You will find, as in the pictures, a BBQ corner, but it can be used to store the bikes in view of passers-by. The accommodation will not be suitable for the PRM, as there are a few steps to access the house despite the ramp. The house remains a non-smoking space, please respect it, the ashtray is next to the front door (to be emptied if you use it). The house includes: an entrance directly to the living room and kitchen, fully equipped and furnished (from Senseo with pods and/or filter coffee maker with filter and ground coffee, to toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook a good meal). Dining area, a table (with extension) and its four chairs + stool, a shelf with games for adults and children, for your moments of relaxation. On the living room side, a bench and two armchairs to watch TV with its orange decoder. Also on the ground floor, there is a shower room, and a separate toilet (one bath towel per person accompanied by a small soap). Then a door leading to a fenced outdoor terrace on the other side of the house with its small bistro tables (the key must remain on the interior door, thank you. Under construction). Upstairs is accessed by a spiral staircase (without riser + a small remote control to turn the staircase lighting on and off). There is a landing room with two single beds and a child barrier to secure the whole. Then a master bedroom with a double bed and storage (hangers, bed linen is included for all beds). *We provide on request a child kit (free) highchair, shower booster, changing mat, baby bed. In addition, regarding the kitchen, we provide on request: croque monsieur machine (waffles), raclette machine (stone grill), crepe maker, panini machine, a multi-cooker. Feel free to ask, we live in the house right next door, a garden separates us. We will try to answer any requests you may have. In the village of Dury, you will find a bakery known from your screens: "Les Epicuriens Dury", a 3-minute walk away. A little further on the main road, a PMU café bar, in the food truck square almost every night of the week. Restaurants within a 5-minute walk where we eat very well. There is a Total station 3 minutes away by car, but also a shopping mall and supermarket 5 minutes away.
