The lovingly furnished apartment is surrounded by vineyards and, together with terrace and garden, a place of relaxation. The 80sqm apartment is spacious and ideal for families, couples, small groups, workation or business travelers for a total of 4 people. The space The bright and cozy "Rebennest," with a direct view of the vineyards, is a beautiful second home spanning 80 square meters and situated on a quiet street. Right behind the garden, there is a large playground (Alla-Hopp playground). The garden and the terrace, furnished with balcony furniture, can be enjoyed for relaxation during the summer months. The apartment was freshly modernized in 2024, features parquet flooring, and is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. The interior is of high quality, with a fitted kitchen equipped with branded appliances (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, milk frother, dishes, etc.) and a dining room that connects to the kitchen. The spacious living room includes a large sofa with Amazon Fire TV, a cozy sitting area with a view of greenery, and a workspace with a height-adjustable desk. The daylight bathroom features a large shower, bathtub, and washer-dryer, complemented by a separate WC. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable and high-quality beds: one king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (80 x 200 cm each). Stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The entire apartment is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted on the terrace. Ample free parking is available directly next to the apartment, and EV charging stations are located just a 3-minute walk away. A lockable garage is also available for securely storing bicycles. Ilbesheim is a charming wine village with many wineries, excellent restaurants, a lovely café, a bakery, and a butcher. Numerous scenic walking trails lead directly from the holiday apartment through the vineyards or up to the local hill, the "Kleine Kalmit." For children, the well-equipped Alla-Hopp playground is accessible via a short pedestrian path. A bus line to Landau/Pfalz is just 3 minutes from the apartment. The surrounding area offers many attractive excursions, such as the city of Landau, medieval castles, Hambach Castle (30 minutes by car), Holiday Park (30 minutes by car), and, of course, the Palatinate Forest with its hiking and dining options. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses for restful sleep and cozy organic cotton bedding. Additionally, towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person), a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toiletries (cotton pads, Q-tips), toilet paper, detergent for the washer-dryer, and a hot water bottle are provided. The kitchen includes a good selection of essentials such as coffee, tea, spices, oil, sugar, kitchen roll, dish soap, a sponge, and dish towels. A bottle of wine is included as a welcome gift. For families with small children, a highchair, changing mat, diaper bin, and toys can be provided upon request. Guest access The entire accommodation and a terrace are available for your exclusive use. The apartment can be accessed via a private entrance with five steps. There is ample free parking available directly next to the house. Access is self-check-in using a PIN for a key box. Close all windows when leaving the accommodation. Ventilate the rooms regularly. Feel free to use our kitchen essentials; we kindly ask that anything used is replenished. The apartment is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace. If you would like the two single beds to be arranged together, please let us know in advance.
