The detached house is located in the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland with unobstructed views of the countryside. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 additional beds. Perfect Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit line. The house has about 140 m² of living space and stands on a spacious plot with a huge garden. Whether you want to cook, lie in the garden or relax with some sauna sessions, here you can quickly forget the city and time. The space The 1950s house became part of our family in 2020. In the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland, it is located in the small village of Hohen Demzin on a large property with unobstructed views of the countryside. We have transformed the house with our own hands and a lot of love into a cozy place to relax. Here you can instantly shift down one or more gears and find peace. The ideal place for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. The house can accommodate up to 8 people – three bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 extended sleeping places can be found there. A large and a small bathroom in the main house and another small one in the sauna house can be found as well as a mini spa with sauna and relaxation room. The center of the house is the spacious living and dining area with the adjoining terrace to the garden. In the lower bedroom there is a cozy sitting area with a small library. The garden is designed to be close to nature. In the back of the garden there is a small pond where frogs, lizards and sometimes also grass snakes. Every now and then a crane or heron can be seen settling by the water. Right next to it, we have now built a fireplace for cozy evenings by the campfire. Guest access The entire house, the sauna house and the almost 4000 sqm garden are available to you as guests alone. Although integrated into the village, you can spend wonderful time here for yourself, explore the different parts of the garden and relax in one of the sitting areas. Other things to note The house with its garden is a wonderful place to relax, meet with friends, cook together or barbecue. The new fireplace area invites you to sit together and watch the Milan circling over the fields.
