Studio features: A fully equipped and air-conditioned living room for a neat and cozy atmosphere, with a modern kitchen and a bathroom with an XXL shower Wi-Fi is available as well as a 103 cm large screen smart TV offering services such as Netflix or TV+ The apartment, with a completely independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a townhouse. Parking for your vehicle is on the street and is free (a space is reserved for you). Your check-in and check-out will be completely autonomous thanks to a lockbox. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped: a countertop equipped with 2 induction burners, a sink, a fridge, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee machine (coffee and tea provided), and all the kitchenware needed for 2 people. In the living room, which is dedicated to the rock spirit, you will also find a working vintage radio set for listening to the radio. The bedding is very comfortable, and the emphasis has been placed on the quality of your stay. The bed has a thick, quality 140x200 cm mattress and also comes with a mattress topper. Bed linen and towels for 2 people are provided. A folding crib (120 x 60 cm) can be provided on request. An access ramp is provided for this single-level apartment (accessible for the disabled), and a small garden will allow you to have breakfast in the sun. Late check-out (departure until 1 p.m.) is possible upon request for a fee. Finally, we can offer you gift baskets or love boxes on request. If you wish to store bikes or a motorcycle for free, this is possible in a garage adjoining the studio. Guest access Parking couldn't be easier. Parking is completely free and is on the street right outside the apartment. On one level, it is completely independent and quiet behind a small gate. Access also includes a disabled ramp. For your comfort, a secure lockbox will allow you to be autonomous for your arrival at the time you want!
