Studio Features: A fully equipped and air-conditioned living room for a neat and cozy atmosphere, with a modern kitchen and a bathroom with an XXL shower Wifi is available as well as a 103 cm large screen smart TV offering services such as Netflix, Prime or TV+ The apartment at the completely independent entrance is located on the garden floor of a pleasant townhouse. Parking your vehicle is on the street and it's free (a spot is reserved for you). Your check-in and checkout will be autonomous with a lockbox The kitchen is open and fully equipped: a countertop equipped with 2 induction burners, a sink , a fridge, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee machine (coffee and tea provided) and all the kitchen essentials for 2 people. In the living room dedicated to the rock spirit you will also find a vintage radio in operation as well as a blutooth speaker. The bedding is very comfortable and the emphasis has been placed on the quality of your time. That's why this 140 bed also has a mattress topper, a story that you can feel like on a cloud. Bed linen as well as towels for 2 people are provided. On request a bed umbrella(120*60cm) can be provided. An access ramp is provided for this single storey apartment and a small garden will allow you to have breakfast in the sun. Possibility on request of late check-out (check-out until 1pm) with extra charge . Finally, we offer packed baskets or love boxes. An attached garage is available if you want to store bikes or a motorbike for free Guest access Completely free parking is just outside in the street, the single-story apartment is completely independent and quiet behind a small gate. Access also includes a disabled ramp. Thanks to a secure key box, you will be fully autonomous upon check-in.
