The Button Bungalow

Experience Batesville like a local in this custom bungalow. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 1 mile from historic downtown Main Street with several stores to shop and restaurants to enjoy! Also close by is Lyon College, U of A community college, White River Medical Center, Polk Bayou and so much more! The space Our studio-style home offers approximately 400 sq. ft. and was recently renovated, finished October 2024. We have included things like a new heating & ac unit that is remotely controlled, all new furniture with the most comfortable queen sized bed and a touch of mushroom themed décor. Enjoy the convenience of a washer & dryer on site, a Smart TV (with select DVD/VHS options available), complimentary coffee, privacy and so much more! Guest access Our property has a single step up to get inside the front door. The Button Bungalow has free road side parking available for any sized vehicle as well as a low clearance covered carport accessible to smaller SUVs and cars. Also exclusively available to our guests is the back porch area (with a propane grill, hammock and table and chairs for 2) leading to the large private backyard. There are 4 steps to access back yard. Check in begins at 4pm and checkout is no later than 10am. Should a guest need flexibility with either of these times, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us as we would be more than willing to accommodate when possible. Depending on the amount of extension requested, a small fee may be included. Other things to note Private WiFi is available inside the unit! There is an iron and board as well as wrinkle spray located in closet for guest convenience. We have provided a complimentary coffee bar setup including various sugars, creamers and Farmers Brothers coffee. Guests can brew at ease with our touch-activated drip coffee maker.
