Bed & Breakfast

The chalet has been in our possession for about a year. If we are on site, we offer the upper rooms for subletting. We live in the house with our cat🐈. The space Our house has an entrance area, living room with open dining room and adjoining kitchen. The dining room is also open to the gallery, where the fireplace is located. These areas are shared. On the ground floor is our bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) and the shared bathroom with shower. The house has 3 more rooms on the upper floor. Two of them are bedrooms (160 x 200 cm bed and 180 x 200 cm bed) and a room that is currently used as an office. There is also a toilet with sink upstairs. So far, the upper floor has not been renovated (see pictures). This space is for guests. The office is used during the day. Our garden is currently under construction. We have a large terrace that is furnished accordingly in summer. The garden is mostly surrounded by hedges and not visible. The area is rural and quiet. A dense fence (e.g. for dogs) is not provided. Guest access If we are not on site, the keys will be stored in a key box. The exact coordinates of the lockbox and the code to open it will be communicated before arrival. During your stay We are reachable by phone according to the numbers stored at Airbnb or the house description. Other things to note With the purchase of the house, we also took over the cat of the previous owner and learned to love it. Le petit chat loves cuddles. Since he is a bit afraid of dogs, we ask you not to let them run freely or unattended on the property.
