Enough parking for a large boat/camper. This is the left side of a duplex, separated by a garage & completely private. Full kitchen, laundry area with washer & dryer, 2 comfortable bedrooms & a sitting area with a 50” HD tv and a sofa bed. Fenced backyard. Pets may be accepted with an extra fee upon approval (see our pet policy). The space This unit is all on one level. Upon entry from the front door, you'll find yourself standing in the living room. To the left is a full bathroom with a bedroom on each side. In front of you will be the dining area and a right turn from there will take you into the kitchen, laundry area and 1.5 bath. The space is cozy and comfortable! We do our best to bring you a 5-star stay! Guest access You’ll have access to all areas of the home, and fully fenced backyard. Other things to note Plenty of room for boat/camper parking! Just let us know if you are bringing a trailer, and we can accommodate. There is WiFi and a 50” smart TV in the living room. You should be able to access any Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime subscriptions you have. No cable TV, but there is an antenna that provides the local PBS, NBC, CBS, and FOX channels. Hosts will occasionally access the garage and storage sheds on the property. Additional Cleaning Policy: If the house is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required, the guest will be charged accordingly. Pet Policy: - All pets must be pre-approved and LISTED on the reservation at the time of booking. If it is apparent that a non-disclosed pet was in the unit, we will request a pet fee from you upon checkout. - A maximum of two dogs is permitted. - Only housebroken pets are allowed. - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. - Pet waste bags are available for your convenience. Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no trace of them in the yard or house. - Pets must not be left alone at any time. - A non-refundable base fee of $100 is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition. - Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $100 fee.
