Here is your chance. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable 6-acre escape. Imagine waking up in the morning sipping coffee and looking at the peaks of the Mountains in the distance -Canon, Lafeyette, Wheeler Hill, etc. Then walk 1/3 mile to the Moore Reservoir to swim, fish, kayak in an established birding area for Eagles and Osprey. At night light the fire and possibly see the wildlife ,the stars at night. 12 minutes to Franconia 7 minutes to Littleton. Only 2 neighbors nearby. The space The tiny house features a 1 pull-down Murphy bed and a small loft area with a movable ladder. The Full-size Murphy bed is a pillow top. The bed looks directly out the Anderson French-Wood doors. The French-Wood doors have a full screen, and Anderson windows all have screens. The deck, windows, fire pit all look out towards and over the reservoir and Mountain Range in the distance. You can see the boats and water in the distance.The home is set back approximately 200 ft from the road. 1/4 mile to Moore Reservoir and swim area. Two fire pits and multiple places to park. Room for your boat and ATV trailer. Atv trail is 400 ft away. Boat ramp 1/4 mile away. Solar lighting and safety security lights. Security cameras on the property. Firewood provided. Very private area nearest neighbor with occupied property is about 1000 ft away. 30x12 deck to lounge on. propane BBQ grill, Smoker, Outdoor shower, DC cooler Fridge, Propane cooktop. The water tank onboard needs to be filled when empty with the provided bleach-treated water. The water tank runs on a DC pump. The outdoor shower is Propane and runs on a DC Pump. Cedar platform in the shower. Cooking pans, chef knife, cutting board, french press, and percolator. Tv runs on 120 volt but does not have cable it will connect to usb, or mirrorcast, indoor plugs are 120 volt. Small genset provided and this powers outlets. AC runs on 120 volt. NOT PROVIDED GAS for the generator. Drinking Water Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided Compost toilet uses plastic liners and cedar chips. Waste needs to be removed by the renters and disposed of.
