This is a perfect hideout from the hectic, noisy, and busy life of big cities. It also an ideal place for meditation, planning, writing, or reading! Please feel welcome, and enjoy a quiet, and peaceful holiday. When outdoors, take advantage of the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets, and Gippsland landscapes, not to mention the beautiful night sky! We are about 5 minutes to Federation University, West Place Shopping Centre, and a fuel station. The space See the bedrooms-layout photo! The home is 4 bedroom house, 1 ensuite, 2 showers and 1 bath. The windows have UV blinds/blackout blinds. The house has portable fans for the bedrooms! If you wish to cool the whole house, open all doors or turn the split system on. You have a well lit private yard to enjoy the view of the night sky. Guest access You are free to use any parts of the house. But no smoking inside the house. Other things to note The property is a 4-guests maximum booking. Any extra guest should be discussed with J&R during the booking. An extra fee of $100 may apply per extra guest. Cleaning products and equipment provided. Extra cleaning help is $100 per call-out. This lasts for only the first hour of work! More fee may be charged if the task takes longer!
