Room 2 with private guest access-fees included

Lovely room in South Redlands walking distance from Redlands Hospital and 3.6 miles away from Loma Linda Hospital. You will use the front door entrance which is for guests only . You will share the bath with 2 ( two) other guests . The room has a nice bed with comfy mattress and Tv with Prime Video along with fast internet. There is a working desk as well as a portable Ac. Grocery store close to the location . The room is for 1 person . No visitors allowed . The space This room is for one person. If you bring a guest your reservation will be immediately canceled and no refund will be issued. Guest access Guests enter the house using the front door. The space they enter is separate from the rest of the house .Bedrooms for guests are upstairs. The walls are thin so guests are required to be quiet when they go up the stairs and on the hallway, especially during the nighttime. During your stay I don’t like to bother my guests at all but they can reach out at any time if They need help .My phone number is listed on the fridge o the hallway. I have the phone on me day and night I and guests are encouraged to call me or text me if I don’t respond in timely manner if they need immediate help. Other things to note Quiet time between 8 pm and 8 am . We have guests upstairs who come to rest , so we encourage everybody to take loud conversations outside, to keep the TV on hotel mode and to respect everybody’s privacy and also wipe down the toilet seat. You can still come late and take late showers of course . If you use the AC, you must close the window otherwise an additional fee will be added . The appliances downstairs must be used ONE AT A TIME. Upstairs we have carpet so we ask the guests to remove their shoes on the carpet or to leave them downstairs .
