The neighborhood is family-friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and local amenities within walking distance. The space Experience the beauty of island living in this stunning 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking views. This villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and tropical luxury. The villa features three spacious bedrooms: Two bedrooms include king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms for maximum comfort and privacy. The third bathroom has a queen-size bed with bathroom located across the hall. At the heart of the home, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows into a dining area and a cozy living space - all bathed in natural light thanks to large glass doors. These sliding doors open directly onto the private pool terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic sea views and peaceful sunsets. By booking the villa, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions: - Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available only with prior approval and may incur additional fees. - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use the designated outdoor areas. A fee of 10,000 THB will be charged if we detect the smell of weed or cigarettes. (Cannabis is legal under certain restrictions – please make sure you are well informed before consuming.) - For security reasons, the use of candles is not allowed. - Do not move or rearrange furniture. This helps preserve the quality and condition of the villa. - Pool Safety: The pool is not supervised. Children must be watched at all times when near or in the pool. - Noise Levels: Please be considerate of the neighbors. Loud music or noise is not allowed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Waste Disposal and Kitchen Cleanliness: There is no containers available for waste. Please if you need to get rid of your rubbish, contact us. Do not leave trash outside to avoid attracting wildlife. To prevent insects or animals from entering the house, please keep the kitchen clean. Ants can appear quickly if food is left out. - Condition of the Villa: The villa must be returned in the same condition it was in at check-in. This ensures the next guests have the same enjoyable experience. - An extra cleaning fee may be charged if the villa is not left clean. - Animals are not allowed on the property. - Parties, gatherings, or online events are not allowed at the villa. - Body painting and heavy make-up often used for parties are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to villa textiles. - Electricity Fee: The electricity cost is 7 THB per unit. Photos of the electricity meter will be taken at check-in and check-out. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Guest access The house is called the castle in the sky, to deserve this view you have to go to the top of the hill. Other things to note Siamscape property management team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you during your stay. Premium service is our top priority, and we strive to make your experience with us truly unforgettable. Your stay includes housekeeping service every 4 days to ensure the villa remains spotless. Additionally, our professional pool cleaning team will visit twice a week to maintain the pool. We offer the following services: - Driver Service: Private chauffeur available for airport transfers and local transportation. - Vehicle Rental: Car and scooter rentals delivered directly to the villa for easy exploration of the island. - Laundry Service: Convenient laundry service available to keep your clothes fresh. - Daily Housekeeping: If you would like housekeeping more frequently than every 4 days, this can be arranged as an additional service. - Chef Service: Enjoy gourmet meals prepared by a private chef in the comfort of your villa. - Babysitting Service: Professional babysitters available for families with children. - Massage & Manicure: Book relaxing in-villa massages or take care of your nails with in-villa manicure services. - Yoga Sessions: Yoga classes available upon request. - Island Excursions: Explore the island with guided excursions led by a Thai local family. - Boat Services: Book private boat or speedboat tours. All services are subject to availability. To guarantee the best experience, we recommend booking before arrival. A cash deposit will be request at the check in 20000THB or 500 USD. Extra guest are possible on request and with extra fees. Remember we’re in tropical island so you may encounter insects, we cannot drive out nature. Let us know for any more information needed.
