National Park: Just 12 minutes from the entrance of Uludag National Park. City Center: Approximately 22 minutes to Bursa city center. Accessibility: Our house is located on the main road and a primary snow-clearing route; providing comfortable access in every season. Bedrooms and Layout Bedroom 1 (Master): Double bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed. Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed. Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed. Living Room: 2 sofa beds for extra accommodation. Comfort and Social Areas Heating: An electric heat pump and radiator system ensure a warm atmosphere even in the coldest winter days. Enjoy the fireplace and nostalgic stove in the living room (Firewood is provided free of charge). Entertainment: 70-inch giant Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system for cinema-quality movie nights. Winter Garden: A luxury space with a remote-controlled retractable glass system and BBQ facilities. Guest access During your stay, the entire interior and exterior of Villa Dogus are exclusively yours. No part of the villa is shared. Outdoors: Private parking for 3-4 cars, the winter garden, and the BBQ area are for your use only. Indoors: All 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room with the 70-inch TV are reserved solely for your group. Other things to note Winter Access: The villa is on a primary snow-clearing route. However, winter tires and chains are legally required during winter months. Heating & Fuel: Besides the central heat pump, firewood and coal for the fireplace/stove are provided free of charge. Group Rules: We kindly ask you to respect the 11-guest limit and avoid loud music in the evenings to preserve the peace of nature.
