Welcome to your serene, modern retreat in Lake Cathie. Perfect for families or couples, this escape is just 5 minutes from pristine beaches, dining, and entertainment. Within a 15 minute drive, find family-friendly activities, scenic trails, restaurants/bars, and renowned vineyards. Combining modern comforts with a prime location, it’s the perfect base to relax, explore the stunning mid-north coast, or stop over on your travels between Sydney and Queensland. The space Enjoy the comforts of a newly built home, designed with comfort and convenience in mind: • 1 queen bedroom and 1 double bedroom, with built-in wardrobes • A modern bathroom, with bath, separate toilet, and lux amenities. • A cosy living room with a lounge and TV for relaxing after a day of exploring • A functional kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle for simple meals, and a washing machine for convenience. Please note, there is no stove top. The space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with the option to add an extra 5th guest using a single mattress in the living room. The home features ducted A/C throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a guide to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything the Mid North Coast has to offer. Guest access Guests have private access to the rear section of the house via a secure entry gate. Please note, while this space is attached to the main house, it is completely private and fully self-contained. This area includes two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with laundry facilities. Free street parking is available in front of the property, with driveway parking provided upon request. I’ll be here to greet you upon arrival and show you the space. Other things to note Lake Cathie is a tranquil coastal town, just 15km south of Port Macquarie, known for its natural beauty and relaxed vibe. The highlight of the area is the expansive Lake Cathie lagoon, ideal for picnics, paddleboarding, kayaking, or a refreshing swim. Within a few minutes' drive, you’ll find family-friendly beaches, Woolworths, Bottle Shop, the newly refurbished Lake Cathie Tavern, and local dining favourites such as Bonny Hills Beach Club Cafe, Bonny Hills Garden Cafe, and Caramel’s Lake Cathie.
