Lovely renovated apartments of 74 sqm with 8 beds on the ground floor, free location with lovely views of Funäsdalsberget and the mountain landscape. Perfect location – about 150 meters to the Röstberg lift, Nordic ski cross-country/MTB trails pass the area while it is walking distance to central Funäsdalen. Smart TV, fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the apartment, sauna and washing machine. The cottage host's guest service, including cleaning (RUT deduction), made beds, etc. is available. Apartment 201 in Funäsdalsporten The space Kitchen: dining area, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160 cm). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 cm). Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Bathroom: shower/toilet, washing machine and sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Wifi, smart TV with built-in Apple TV. Outlet for engine warmer. Ski storage. Lovely terrace in southwest location overlooking Röstberget, Funäsdalsberget and Funäsdalssjön. Guest access The entire apartment, however, there are private belongings in a couple of drawers that can be borrowed if needed. Feel free to use spices and other groceries that are in the kitchen but please buy new if it runs out. Soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper should be available, please supplement if needed. A fireplace is available, a bucket for ash disposal is under the stairs outside the apartment. Firewood is available for purchase in several places in Funäsdalen and can also be delivered to the apartment by the cottage host before arrival. Nice terrace overlooking the mountains and Funäsdalsberget, sun late into the evening during the summer. Other things to note Cleaning is not included but can be ordered from the cabin host, it is possible to use the RUT deduction and then the cost will be SEK 975. 10-14 days before arrival, information is sent from the cabin host about check-in/check-out and offers of additional services that can be ordered such as bedding before arrival, towels, laundry, firewood delivery, etc. Key is picked up at Stugvärden on Vallarvägen 4, about 500 meters from the apartment. The exchange day for weekly bookings during high season is Sundays, but we are often flexible. Christmas and New Year's weeks are only rented out on a weekly basis.
