Bayview Lodge

The Bayview, aka the barn, has it all! View, space, breezes, an amazing kitchen for preparing your feasts. Plan your family gatherings, holidays, special occasions here! For a small additional fee, I can fill, hide inside/out plastic filled eggs. Fun anytime! 1835 modern barndomunium! WE WELCOME and can accommodate up to 12 responsible, 25 yr olds and up with their 2 WELL behaved, house trained dogs (please let us know in adbance), if more please let us know. Kids and infants welcome. The space 7318 Pine Woods Rd has wide open spaces, vaulted wood ceilings, original 1835 post and beams, spacious kitchen, infloor radiant heat, spectacular views of the lake, fresh breezes blow from the River and Three Mile Bay. We have no water access from our property. We do have 2 acres of outdoor space for kids, dogs, and families surrounding the bayview. Amazon fire stick while you are staying at the Bayview lodge. You just need the app downloaded to your phone. **Unfortunately, if it leaves with you, you will see a charge applied to your account for a replacement.** Guest access We will leave the key on the bar downstairs. We offer a washer and dryer here. ***DO NOT bring your personal laundry from home to use our washer/dryer, we are not a laundry mat. Thank you. There is a wine fridge near the patio and an amazing covered gabled deck that spans the width of the main house. There are stairs going up to the deck outside and a main staircase in the center of the house. Other things to note There are stairs here, if that is a concern, be sure to look at the photos. We encourage you to bring baby gates for infants/toddlers. We have a beautiful fresh water well, no need to bring water with you.
