We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, etc. 🌈 This upscale townhouse duplex home has new appliances/hardwood floors/granite counters/central AC & four 55" to 65" TV’s. HUGE parking lot!🚗 walking distance to Corydon & the best high end steak house in Wpg “529 Wellington”. We obsess over every detail to ensure these guest homes are cleaned & maintained to the highest standard. Guests book here repeatedly for a reason. The space Within the house you will find: 📌 FREE 24HR PARKING INCLUDED! 📌 High thread count high quality sheets, plenty of pillows (at least 4 per bed). 📌 The duvets are soft and luxurious Hungarian goose down, but we are easily able to provide you with a feather-free alternative bedding option (with enough advance notice). 📌 3 TV’s which are 50” and 65” size with local cable & Netflix, (2 are Smart). 📌 board games and assorted books available if TV is not your thing. 📌 Comfortably sleeps 6 adults in the three Queen beds with brand new pillow top mattresses upstairs, another couple in the Full/Double extra long bed in the basement bedroom, and two more friends in the trundle bed (2 single regular length mattresses). 📌 All real beds with top quality mattresses, no pull out couch or air mattress type accommodations. (I personally would not sleep on something like that, so none of my guests will ever have to!) 📌 Please note that one of the bedrooms (lower level) is long and narrow but it accommodates a “full/double extra long” bed with top quality mattress and the same grade of pillows & linens as what is upstairs in the larger bedrooms. It’s plenty comfy, albeit a bit on the “cozy” side. There is ample room for luggage due to this room’s length. It has a full sized closet stocked with a pair of bathrobes and some extra blankets. 📌 There is a main floor living room and a lower level rec room with TV and seating in both. Various throws are left around to curl up in. 📌 We provide a hair dryer in each washroom and some basic toiletries. 📌 The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware as well as Cling wrap, Aluminum foil, cooking oil, etc. There are some white plastic disposable food storage containers with lids available that you can use if you want to bring your food home with you when you leave. 📌 The rear yard has a deck with BBQ and patio furniture out during the summer season. The front yard is a beautiful large green space with brick patio, benches to sit on and is a nice place to hang out in the morning to watch the sun come up in the East. - The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet centrally located and easily accessible to all of the major amenities in Winnipeg. Our goal from the start has been to become the recognized leader in quality for location, amenities and service for short term rental in Winnipeg. We are brand new in this business (April 2019), but so far according to our clients reviews we have been hitting the mark every time! We are all about continuous improvement. *** We have a variety of properties in this neighbourhood, please contact or check our listing profile for other options if your dates are not available. *** Guest access You have access to the entire townhouse, it is a side by side duplex. We live right nearby too if there’s anything you need. The yard and parking lot are shared with enough space for everyone. There are two official parking spots for this suite, but in total there are roughly eight parking spaces out back which are shared between the two suites. There is a front deck and patio, as well as a rear deck. The space is three levels with kitchen, dining room, and living room on the main floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, and in the basement there is a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with seating and TV. We hope you will be comfortable and happy in our home during your stay. Other things to note The WiFi can readily accommodate remote work, including Teams, Zoom, etc calls. Also, if you have WiFi calling as part of your cell phone package, you can do cell calls via WiFi. The property is equipped with three visible exterior cameras to monitor check-in and check-out as well as the cleaning staff coming and going. (No cameras are placed within the suite). The interior is equipped with a Minit Point Smarthome device. It gives feedback on temperature and humidity in the house, motion (for times when it is supposed to be vacant), and a real time feedback on noise decibel levels in the house. It is really just an early warning alert to us for wild parties (the TV on regular volume or raucous conversation will not set it off).
