The view goes over the terrace with garden furniture into the spacious garden, over fields and meadows with unobstructed, unobstructed views towards the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The rustic fireplace is a nice highlight in the living area: it provides cozy warmth on cooler days. A large TV with satellite receiver, blue ray player, radio and CD player ensures the right atmosphere and program. In the very well-equipped kitchen you will find e.g. dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with icebox, microwave and coffee machine. A guest toilet with washing machine and dryer, a storage room for your utensils and a large hallway with wardrobe are also available. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with a double bed (190x200 cm), baby/toddler bed, closet and dresser and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x200 cm each) and enough closet and storage space. On this level there are two bathrooms: a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 vanities as well as another bathroom with shower. In the attic you will find a spacious play paradise that warmly welcomes small and large children. A double bed (190x200 cm), a play and sleeping berth are available here as well as a TV, blue ray player, books and game materials. Baby high chair and stair gates are on site. A car parking space is reserved for you. Electricity charging is not permitted. In front of the house, there are parking facilities for bicycles.
