The view goes over the terrace with garden furniture in the spacious garden, over fields and meadows with a free, unobstructed view towards Fehmarnsundbrücke. The rustic fireplace is a nice highlight in the living area: it provides cozy warmth on cooler days. A large TV with satellite receiver, Blu-ray player, radio and CD player ensures the right atmosphere and the right program. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find, for a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee machine. A guest toilet with washing machine and dryer, a storage room for your utensils and a large hallway with wardrobe are also available. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200 cm), baby/toddler bed, wardrobe and dresser and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90 x 200 cm each) and enough closet and storage space. On this level there are two bathrooms: a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 washbasins as well as another bathroom with shower. In the attic you will find a spacious play paradise that welcomes small and large children. A double bed (190 x 200 cm), a play and sleeping bunk are available here as well as a TV, Blu-ray player, books and game materials. Baby highchair and stair gates are on site. A parking space is reserved for you. Electric charging of e-cars is not permitted. In front of the house, there is storage space for bicycles.
