The house dates from the time of Sir Walter Scott and has been tastefully modernised to offer stylish self-catering accommodation to a high standard of comfort. The Big Hoose comprises almost the entire two middle floors of Broadmeadows House. Set in the picturesque Yarrow Valley , near to some of the best walking and cycling trails in southern Scotland , but only 1 hr form Edinburgh.
