Apartment on the ancient walls of Todi, Umbria

Ancient family house built on the medieval walls, restored in 2016. Three-room apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the Umbrian countryside with independent heating, wood-burning stove/fireplace, Wi-Fi, GoogleTV and private park 500 meters away. 90 meters away is the free elevator that connects to the Porta Orvietana parking lot. Accommodation in the center, here you will be close to all the monuments and the beauties of Todi. Todi is a medieval village, on Saturdays and holidays the center is closed and can be reached by elevator or shuttle. The space The apartment has an entrance corridor through which you can access a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, the open space of over 30 square meters with a large kitchen, wood stove/fireplace, dining area, is divided by a nice "separé" towards the work area with Wi-Fi and Smart Google TV with a living room that can be transformed into a second bedroom with a double sofa bed. Second bathroom at the entrance, also with shower. Ideal for a couple, a couple with children, or two couples. All rooms are very bright with many windows and views of the Tiber valley. The many windows facing different directions ensure excellent ventilation. Guest access The apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests and is located, as shown in the photo, 90 meters from the new free elevator that leads to the parking lot below Porta Orvietana, necessary on days of regulated traffic (Saturday afternoon, Sunday and all holidays or with large events) where it is not possible to reach the private parking lot that is located in the area of the Historic Center of the Medieval Village of Todi. Other things to note The apartment is located in a condominium in the old building where we have another apartment, but there are 2 other tenants, so the usual rules of condominium etiquette and quiet hours must be respected. It is not a house suitable for parties, bachelor parties, gangs of noisy friends or nightlife.....Remember the ZTL on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and holidays that prevents you from coming by car to the center despite the private parking nearby (400 meters).
