Offering a beautiful, large king-size room. Situated in a spacious five-bedroom home, this private room is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently close to Cambridge Two more rooms available if a family * 5-minute drive to the guided busway, offering direct access to Cambridge and Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Cambridge city centre is only a 15-minute drive away. *St Ives is a 5-minute drive or a lovely 20-minute walk The house is situated in a private road. The space The property is a large five bedroom detached house situated in a private road in a small village just off the A14. There is an additional room available if you have a child or want to travel with another couple. Off street parking is available Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, dining room if you wish and a small snug sitting room which needs onto the private wall Garden where you will find a large sofa and table and chairs for relaxing. The host has their own sitting room if the door is open, you’re more than welcome to go in and chat. Own bathroom During your stay I work from home so will generally be in the house but on the rare occasions I’m not you will have my phone number in case of any problems. Other things to note The village has a nice pub , fish and chip shop convenience store and café. The guided bust Cambridge is a five minute drive away and Cost £2 If I’m around, I’m happy to drop you and pick you up from the bus if you are potentially going into Cambridge and enjoying a drink .
