The space The Yellow Apartment is an ideal retreat for families or small groups wishing to explore the charm of Monferrato. Located at Via Roma 37 in the village of Viarigi, this spacious 70 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a small balcony. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment: one double bedroom and one single bedroom, an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a large and spacious bathroom. They will also have access to the Wine Bar on the ground floor during opening hours or for private events upon request, internal common areas such as staircases, landings, and the historic entrance, and the adjacent restaurant, which is open to the public and easily accessible across the street. No part of the house is shared with other guests: the entire accommodation will be reserved exclusively for you. Upon request, we can offer dedicated spaces for group activities such as yoga, cooking classes, tastings, or guided tours. Other things to note The added value of Casa Viarigi lies in its ability to accommodate even larger groups. If there are more than 3 of you, we can evaluate the availability of one of our sofa beds to reach the maximum capacity of 5 guests in the unit.
