Gîte – Le Moulin d'Annepont

Nestled in a green setting and bordered by a small stream, the Moulin d 'Annepont is an old and beautiful building dating back to the 14th century. 3-star cottage, full of charm and full of history, it welcomes you for holidays or weekends with family or friends. Designed for 10 to 11 people with 5 bedrooms and private bathrooms, in the summer you can enjoy its large wooded garden and its private swimming pool. Numerous exceptional sights close by. The space The Annepont mill is a charming private cottage, classified 3 stars, which can accommodate 10 to 11 people. Entrance and private parking adjoining the house is available. The interiors: A living room with relaxation area and large dining table. This space is heated in winter (heaters + wood stove). A fitted kitchen, open to living room. 5 bedrooms, upstairs, each with its own private bathroom. Bed linen and towels provided. - Chambre des Glycines: partially attic, 140 cm double boat bed, small en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and sink. - Room of the Cascade: partially attic, 2 single beds of 90 cm (at your request we can transform them into 1 queen size bed of 180 cm), small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. - Cute bedroom: 140 cm double bed, private but not en-suite bathroom with toilet shower and sink. - Meunier room: 2 single beds of 90 cm (at your request we can transform them into 1 queen size bed of 180 cm), bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. - Stream bedroom: a 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. At your request, we can make available a baby bed and an extra single bed. The exteriors: Large wooded garden, bordered partly by a stream, a pool and a small waterfall. Flora and small fauna thrive peacefully in this peaceful retreat. Garden furniture and BBQ available for large meals under walnut trees. Sun loungers for a few sunny or shaded naps. Portico with swings for the kids. Ping pong table and large space to accompany the games of young and old. The private pool, is exclusively reserved for you, as is the garden. It is not heated and will be open June to September. A green space is also present in front of the house. Guest access The garden and pool are exclusively reserved for you. The garden is free access. The swimming pool can be used 10 am to 8 pm June to 8 pm June to September. Other things to note Access to the Moulin is via a staircase and the bedrooms are upstairs. You have private parking located just in front of the entrance of the Moulin. The garden is fenced but partly bordered by a stream, so special vigilance is to be brought to children, non-autonomous people and pets that are under the responsibility of tenants.
