The space The accommodation is not shared with anyone, it is totally independent, with all the services included, as well as essential items for a more pleasant stay. - In the bedroom you have a king size bed, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, closet with hooks and drawers, as well as an air conditioner. - In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a single armchair with a nice design, a tower fan, a 50-inch smart TV and enough Wi-Fi to cover the entire apartment. - Terrace overlooking the street, perfect for enjoying mornings and evenings. - We also have a large kitchen, which has a grill, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, glasses, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and other useful items to cook your best dishes. - In the dining room you will find a table for 4 people with comfortable chairs. - A spacious bathroom with a nice and fresh design, includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper. - In the kitchen there is an electric washer-dryer, before using it please read the USER MANUAL carefully. - On the roof there is a space for washing and a drying cage, which are marked with the apartment number. Both spaces can be occupied Guest access * The apartment is exclusively for guests. * Check-in will be available after 4:00 pm and can be done independently. * On the day of the reservation, the instructions to enter will be shared and we will share the corresponding access code. Other things to note The building does NOT have parking, so we are unable to offer you any place inside. But the neighborhood and the street are very safe and quiet, you can park on the sidewalks outside the condominium with complete peace of mind.
