House located 10 min walk from the center of the village and shops of La Couarde and 3 min from a beautiful sandy beach ideal for children. On a plot of land enclosed by walls and on one level, it includes a large living room of about 40 m2 with open kitchen. This bright and sunny room (double east/west exposure) overlooks the garden and a large terrace. A hallway serves 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
