A 1 minute stroll to the local pub, The Traveller's Rest. Mawgan Porth is just a 2 minute drive, with its beautiful and dog friendly beach, another lovely pub and other great eateries and shops. Watergate Bay is only a 5 mins drive. With countryside views and some sea glimpses from the property, it is a perfect place to base yourself to explore. Set in the small and quiet village of Trevarrian on the North Coast of Cornwall, near the surfing village of Mawgan Porth and close to Newquay Airport, it is the perfect location to be right next to the beautiful, family friendly beaches of Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay and Porth. Close to the A30 to explore the rest of Cornwall with ease. The B3276 runs nearby behind the property but the house is not on the main road. It is set back from the coastal road from the balcony and is visible from the property, but it is not a very busy road, just a coastal and B road connecting Watergate to Mawgan Porth and beyond. Camelia Barn is a gorgeous barn conversion, with lots of sociable and stylish space to catch up with friends or relax with family or explore the local area. Surfing, fine dining, sea swimming, coastal walks, playing golf, sight seeing... the list of good times to be had goes on. 2 mins drive to Mawgan Porth, just down the hill or a 5 minutes drive to Watergate Bay, with Porth a few minutes further on towards Newquay. The local pub, The Traveller's Rest is a 1 minute stroll around the corner. Perfect for a relaxing drink or a lovely meal, on your doorstep. The pub has a beer garden and some extended outside space for children to roam too, next to its car parking area on the other side of the road. You'll have a very well equipped and modern kitchen, a luxurious, roll top bath and walk in, rainfall shower in the large bathroom to wind down in. 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom. From the kitchen area, go out onto the large balcony area of the first floor and enjoy the outside views with a coffee at sunrise, a bbq or admire the sunset with something stronger :) at sunrise. It can be used for the occasional storage of between 1 and 3 open reach vans (usually 1) in out of office hours times. This is a reverse level living space and so the bedrooms are on the ground level and the kitchen, lounge and dining areas and balcony are on the first floor.
