Description
The apartment is located in the city center, about 300 meters from the Westerländer train station. Opposite the apartment building is a shopping arcade with a bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is located on the very quiet east side of the house facing away from the road traffic. The beach is only a few hundred meters away. The space The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with fitted kitchen, a hallway and a shower room. In 2018, the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The living room, bedroom is cozily furnished with a double closet bed, a single closet, another closet, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. There is another closet in the hallway. There is a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a towel heater in the bathroom. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed. The apartment building has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness apartment" refers to these two facilities. In addition, no further "wellness"facilities are offered. The swimming pool and sauna are blocked every year from 11/20 - 11/30 due to maintenance work. The washing machine and dryer are located in the house. Parking space provided for this purpose is available at the house for loading and unloading. The basement has a storage facility for bicycles. The apartment can be reached via the back entrance without stairs by wheelchair. However, the house and apartment are not disabled and wheelchair accessible and cannot be described as accessible. It is more recommended for people who can still walk short distances and get around the apartment without a wheelchair but want to move outside with a wheelchair. Please check the booking calendar to see if your desired period is, for example, a follow-up rental. You are also welcome to inquire whether I would accept your desired period taking into account a price premium. If you make a short break booking request without connecting, I usually have to decline it. Unless otherwise agreed, the total price of the apartment includes the final cleaning and a laundry package per person. A laundry package includes 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 dish towel, 1 shower mat and 1 bed linen. In addition, there is the local tourist tax. This is from 1 January to 30 April and from 1 November to 31 December is one euro and ninety-five cents per day and per person. From 1st of May to 31st of October, the tourist tax is 3.90 euros per day and per person. (As of 2024) The tourist tax will be charged in cash at the time of handover, after which the spa cards/spa card will be handed over. If the amount of the tourist tax for your desired period is not specified, please ask. Arrival takes place from 4 pm or by arrangement and departure takes place until 10 am. Special features: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed. In the low season in winter, many apartments are renovated in Westerland. In addition, there is generally an increased construction activity. There can therefore also be renovations in the apartment house of the apartment.
