Description

The apartment is located in the city center, about 300 meters from Westerländer station. Opposite the apartment building there is a shopping arcade with a bakery and supermarket, among other things. The apartment itself is located on the very quiet east side of the house facing away from the street traffic. The beach is only a few hundred meters away. The space The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with fitted kitchen, a hallway and a shower room. In 2018 the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The living room/bedroom is cozily furnished with a double fold-out bed, a single fold-out bed, another cabinet, a flat-screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. In the hallway there is another closet. There is a shower, toilet, washbasin and towel heater in the bathroom. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. The apartment building has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness apartment" refers to these two facilities. In addition, no other "wellness" facilities are offered. The swimming pool and sauna are closed every year from November 20th to November 30th due to maintenance work. The washing machine and dryer are in the house. A parking space is available at the house for loading and unloading. The basement has a storage space for bicycles. The apartment can be reached by wheelchair via the rear entrance without stairs. However, the house and apartment are not equipped for the disabled and wheelchair users and cannot be described as barrier-free. It is more recommended for people who can still walk short distances and can manage in the apartment without a wheelchair but want to move outside with a wheelchair. If you make a short vacation booking request without a follow-up rental, I usually have to reject it. Unless otherwise agreed, the total price for the apartment includes final cleaning and a laundry package per person. A linen package includes 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, 1 dish towel, 1 shower mat and 1 set of bed linen. In addition, there is the local visitor's tax. This is from 1. January to the 30th April and from 1 November to 31 December, it is one euro and ninety-five cents per day and per person. From May 1 to October 31, October, the visitor's tax is 3.90 euros per day and per person. (As of 2024) The visitor's tax is settled in cash on site upon handover, after which the visitor's card(s) will be handed over. If the amount of the visitor's tax for your desired period is not specified, please just ask. Arrival is from 4 pm or by appointment and departure is by 10 am. Special features: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. In the low season in winter, many apartments are renovated in Westerland. In addition, there is generally increased construction activity. Renovations can therefore also occur in the apartment building of the apartment.
