Cottage - Great Snoring

Gable End is a Grade II listed brick and flint cottage located in the village of Great Snoring, just six miles inland from the coast. Best suited for families or couples, it sleeps 6. Of the two single beds, one is child-sized. From mid June through to mid September, a heated swimming pool is available for use. The cottage is thought to date back to between 1650 and 1750 and has beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and pamment-tiled and wooden floors. The space Entering the cottage from the side entrance, you come into an entrance lobby, where wet coats, boots and dogs can be left to dry. From here a mid-height oak stable door opens onto a modern fitted galley shaker-style kitchen. The remainder of the ground floor comprises a spacious beamed dining room that leads through to the sitting room at the far end of the cottage with a log burner. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings – a master suite with a super-king sized bed and adjoining bathroom, a double bedded room and a twin room with one full-size standard single bed (3 foot wide), and a smaller bed (2 foot, 6 inches wide) suitable for young children. Please note that the child's bed is slightly smaller in length than a standard 6 foot. Both of these latter rooms are serviced by a family shower room. There is also a downstairs loo. Bathroom towels are provided. Outside, the cottage has a fully-fenced in and spacious garden, a heated swimming pool (heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit) and off-road parking for two cars. The barbecue is charcoal. Guest access Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge). The pool is heated. Swimming towels not provided. Babes in arms welcome, however no equipment is provided - please bring your own. Please bring your own ESE pods for the coffee machine. There is also a French press. Filter coffee and tea are provided. Feather bedding. External security cameras are turned off for duration of guest's stay. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please do bring your own swimming pools towels for use at the beach and pool.
