Ideally located 5 km from the picturesque village of Les Vans, this bright mas with Provencal and neat decor has been fully renovated. We are located in front of the Church of the Salelles (listed monument) where only our neighbors and us (calm assured) reside. At the bottom of the house, we have a watercourse where it's good to cool off in summer. Its quiet and protected environment will bring you the serenity of your days and nights. Le Mas enjoys a large terrace but also a large garden where we have provided barbecue and garden furniture. The views are simply superb as we are located at the top of a hill where we overlook the river and vineyards facing the Ardèche mountains. In this 180 m2, the 3 large bedrooms welcome you with quality bedding. In the bedroom with a bathroom and overlooking the gardens: 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm. In the second bedroom: 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm. In the third bedroom with 11 m2 workshop window: 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm and also on the mezzanine a single bed 90 x 190 cm. A separate bathroom with toilet as well as a pleasant fully equipped Provencal kitchen open to a 40 m² living room will bring you comfort and warmth. There are also separate toilets. We have a TV lounge and entrance hall with fireplace area. The southwest facing terrace of 40 m² is waiting for you. You can relax or have a drink on this terrace equipped with garden furniture. For families, the Mas has everything you need for toddlers: bed, high chair... enough to relieve the trip! Parking is available in the private shared parking lot The Mas is non-smoking but it is possible to smoke on the terrace ,an ashtray is provided so that the butts are not thrown overboard. We also put at your disposal the swimming pool with a spacious beach! If you are more than 7 people, no problem! We have an additional bedroom with bathroom & private toilet, accessible from the covered terrace.
