Perfectly designed for families or groups seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat, it offers an open floor plan, a contemporary kitchen, sleek design elements, and inviting outdoor spaces. With a game room, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and just a short walk to downtown, you can enjoy everything you need in one beautiful location. The dining table comfortably seats 6 or more, while the waterfall kitchen island offers space for an additional 4, making it perfect for dinner parties and social gatherings. The patio seamlessly extends the living space outdoors, featuring ample seating, a Weber propane grill, dining table, fire pit area, hot tub, and direct access to the game room. When night falls, comfortable accommodations await in all 4 bedrooms. HOT TUB: Please make sure to cover the hot tub when it's not in use and lower the temperature to 90°F if you're not planning to use it again or during your departure to help save energy.
