Alice's Cottage, authentic Aussie farm stay

Chill out at the authentic and historical farm stay, Alice's Cottage, in the hills behind Perth, just 30 min from the airport or 55 min from the CBD. Come and recharge your batteries away from the hussle'n'bussle, sit on the verandah, take a walk on the property or access all the gorgeous trails around the hills area. NOTE: This is not a party house, but a house of peace, rest and connection to nature. Only small dogs allowed due to farm animals. The space Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, a cot and a spare mattress for a child, if required. Let me know in advance if you need these, so I can prepare them for you. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Both rooms have clothes hangers and chest of draws. The piano in the lounge would love to be played, the books read, puzzles made and kids toys played with. Enjoy the property, the animals, of course the beautiful verandah and the outdoors bath that can be filled with hot water from ourside. Wander around the property, have a glass of wine near the dam, watching the ducks and if you are lucky, one of the turtles will poke their head up. Chat to the sheep 🐑 Guest access Welcome!!! Park your car in front of the green gate for easy access. Parking is free up in the hills. Once settled in, feel free to make a cuppa. We are happy to share some of our food and yummy condiments. Replace anything you want. We welcome the sharing philosophy. There is a reverse cycle heater/air-conditioner. Just to add even more country living, the charming vintage style bathroom is just a step across on the verandah. Other things to note Enjoy the animals. The sheep can have some pallets from the silver bucket with lid outside the shed shed. Call them and they will come. The ponies have gone back home, but we may have others visiting.
