Sabai Sabai, the Thai people say to 'chill, relax'. We take their word for it. The house is located in the south of the island, in Ban Tai, close enough to everything you need, but far enough from all the noise. Within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, minimarkets, bike repair shops, sauna, even the beach (10 min walk, 3 min drive). Lots of nature surrounds the yard. Available for your use: kids trampoline, adult and kids bicycles, basketball hoop, tennis trainer, toys and books. The space There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a big living room with a dining area, and a big and fully equipped kitchen with lots of home appliances. Each bedroom has an AC unit. The living room has a fan, and mosquito nets on the front and the back door, which (when open) create a nice breeze. Enjoy your evening watching a movie on a big plazma TV in the living room. Or play a boardgame (we have a few to choose from). There are lots of things to have fun in the garden: a basketball hoop, big trampoline, tennis trainer, bicycles, balls, and of course a cozy sitting area to chill. Other things to note 📍Strictly NO PARTIES, the area is quiet. 📍Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited (possible in the yard) 📍 Please, turn off all ACs and fans before leaving the house
