The device measures noise levels only and does not record conversations or personal audio. Guests are required to respect quiet hours (9.00PM – 8.00AM), avoid parties or excessive noise, and ensure all visitors comply with these rules. Breaches will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property. Parking Instruction: Guests must park only in the allocated garage space for the apartment. Visitor parking spaces, neighbouring resident spaces, driveways, garage entrances, and common property access areas must not be used or obstructed at any time. Vehicles must be parked in accordance with all building by-laws and signage. Any unauthorised or obstructive parking may result in towing, fines, booking cancellation, or removal from the property. Rubbish Collection If you are staying at the property on Wednesday night, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in wheeling the bin to the front of the garage for rubbish collection. If you are still staying with us the following day, please kindly return the bin back to the garage after collection. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
