The space The 40 sq.m. apartment offers a modern and functional space that meets your every need: Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable double bed and storage space for your personal belongings. Elegant decor and attention to detail ensure a restful sleep and relaxation. Living room: Bright space with an impressive, three-meter sofa, ideal for relaxing after a full day. The TV provides access to Netflix, so you can enjoy your favorite entertainment. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all modern amenities, including espresso, filter, Greek and instant coffee, as well as the necessary utensils for cooking or a quick meal. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, clean towels and personal hygiene amenities such as toothbrushes, earplugs and other essentials. Balcony: A small outdoor with a table and chairs for two, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet moment in the city. The warm decoration and the thoughtful functionality of the spaces invite you to feel at home, while the excellent location of the apartment in Psilalonia offers easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants and the city center. Guest access Our guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment during their stay. The apartment is completely private and you can enjoy it undisturbed. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out! --- Entertainment To watch Netflix, select the "HOM" account on the TV. In the cabinet under the TV you will find board games to spend your time pleasantly. --- Equipment and Amenities In the closet you will find: • Extra bedding. • Iron • Hairdryer. --- Hot Water and Heating Hot water: The water heater takes about 15 minutes to heat the water. Its switch is on the panel next to the entrance (it is the only one down). Heating: Central heating is on daily from 18:30 to 21:30. Bathroom heater: There is an extra heater. Plug it in before use. --- Illy Iperespresso coffee machine The capsules are from illy. • Red: Classico Espresso. • Brown: Strong coffee. • Blue: Decaf. To turn off the device, press and hold the two buttons for 2-3 seconds. --- Tap water Tap water is drinkable and safe for consumption. However, you will also find bottled water in the fridge. --- Additional Tips Please be sure to turn off the lights and appliances when not in use.
