Charming Breton cottage, fully renovated

Fully renovated 60 m2 cottage. It consists of a living room open to the kitchen, two bedrooms (one master), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and has a flat-screen TV with access to YouTube, radio and Netflix with your personal access code. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The Spa is available year-round, day or night. The space You can fully enjoy the warm atmosphere of the cottage around a wood burning stove for your cooler evenings (see "other notes" tab), and a large independent garden with terrace and private covered SPA available all year day and night ( makeup, hydrating cream and sunscreen are prohibited in the water). Tranquility and calm are assured in this green setting where nature is preserved. You can enjoy the calm of the garden on an equipped terrace (barbecue, hammock, deckchairs...) I never respond to comments, but today I would like to address anyone who travels. When we leave for a few days, we look for more than just a roof: we want to feel good, experience a different moment, discover a place that has a soul. For my part, I put my whole heart into this cottage — from the work to the maintenance, from the smallest detail to the reception. I don't claim that everything is perfect, but everything here has been done with sincerity, so that everyone can feel a little “at home”. I am always available, attentive, and I try to offer the best, not to enrich myself, but to share a simple, warm and accessible place. I regret when some leave disappointed, because each comment directly touches the passionate person behind this project. But I remain convinced that most of you come with this same spirit of discovery, respect and kindness — and that's what gives this adventure its full meaning. Thank you to all the guests who choose to live this beautiful human experience for a stay. Guest access The accommodation is fully available, all rooms and a 1800 m2 garden are accessible. The outdoor spa is completely private and covered Other things to note The heating of the accommodation will be blocked and it will be 19.5 degrees in the living room and 18 degrees in the bedrooms during your stay outside the summer where there will be no heating. You can also get wooden wheelbarrows to use the stove (€15 per wheelbarrow). Ability to extend the last day (if no rentals behind) until 6pm at any hour for €40. You are responsible for all the consumables in the house.
