Access to the property: • Our accommodation is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. • The stairs are shared with the rooftop guests. 2. Access doors: • The entrance to your room is through three doors: • First door: Gives access to the stairs and has a key. It has a security curtain that is controlled with a key from the outside and a switch from the inside. From Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 3:00 PM, this door remains open for other guests and the rooftop. • Second door: Divides the commercial area from the accommodation area. • Third door: It is the direct entrance to your room. 3. Parking: • Free parking is available on the street or in designated areas nearby. • Although the area is safe due to its central location, we are not responsible for damage to vehicles. 4. Security: • We have security guards from Wednesday to Sunday: • Wednesday and Thursday: Until 12:00 AM. • Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Until 2:00 AM. • Please check in with the guard at Other things to note Noise: • The room is ideal for those looking for a vibrant and fun experience. However, it is not recommended for those who need total silence. 6. Service interruptions: • We do not have a power plant or cistern. Puerto Rico may experience interruptions in basic services, which could affect your stay. We do not offer refunds for these circumstances. 7. Our inn has security cameras in its surroundings for your safety. We have stairwells, hallways and exteriors in front of the building. 8. The apartment's trash must be deposited outside the building on the left side when facing the building. The trash passes 3 times a day. Mornings at 5:00 am, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
