Each room features either a plush king-sized bed or cozy twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. STANDARD ROOM (2 Nos) Our Standard Rooms offer a tranquil retreat, each comfortably accommodating two guests. Each room features a plush king-sized bed or twin beds, a wardrobe to store your belongings, and a desk and chair for your convenience. CENTRAL COURTYARD The focal point of the house, this traditional design element defines the house's old-world Manduva aesthetic. Promising natural aircirculation and ample daylight, terracotta-tiled roofs slope inwards into the sunken courtyard and regulate indoor temperatures during humid summers and heavy rains. Open-sided corridors wrap themselves around the space. The floors are cool to the feet with Vadapalli tiles. LOUNGE The air-conditioned lounge is inspired by a colour palette of blue skies and green paddy fields. Comfortable fabric sofas and elegant art-deco furniture are laid-out in front of a large-screen television. The walls are adorned with photo frames celebrating the natural landscapes of the Godavari Delta and Bay of Bengal. DINING AREA The Dining area celebrates local vegetarian Andhra cuisine that is reflective of the fertile Konaseema region. Fresh, local seasonal produce makes its way magically out of the kitchen and adorns bright green banana leaves or shiny steel thalis. The large dining table creates an opportunity for guests to commune and trade stories as if one big family. Attached is a powder room, convenient for use during family meets and celebrations. Payment of refundable security deposit prior to arrival 2. Signed booking contract from you along with photo IDs of all guests prior to arrival REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT Please note that a refundable security deposit of INR 5,000 will be collected immediately after booking confirmation. This can be paid via NEFT or UPI. The security deposit will be returned within 5 working days after checkout, minus any claims for damages, if applicable. Entry to the property will not be permitted unless the Security Deposit is paid. SIGNED BOOKING CONTRACT A booking contract form will be sent to you. Please fill-it, sign-it and send it back to us along with soft copies of photo IDs of all guests.
