Note that the exterior has video surveillance; credit and reference check required The space The guest will have private access to a beautiful second unit in a multifamily house. This is a very spacious, quiet, unit that is highly accessible to all the amenities one could want. I, as the host, will give the guest access to one off street parking spot, located furthest to the left in the front lot. Please note the building has video surveillance on the exterior for the safety of its residents. Guest access You will have your own separate entrance to the second floor of the two-unit multifamily house where your unit is located. This is a very private, spacious, and quiet location. Other things to note I aim to provide a peaceful and mutually respectful environment. I have prepared and cleaned the unit with this in mind. In turn, guests’ belongings should be confined to their unit, and they should be mindful of their noise level, turning off all appliances, and locking all doors whenever exiting the residence. In these and other ways not mentioned, guests ongoing respect for other residents in the building will be both expected and appreciated throughout their stay.
