Flexible for any guest combination, w/various dining spots+breakfast nook, multiple workstations, 3bedrooms and 2baths. Woodburning fireplace creates the perfect den - great for family game nights, cozy snuggles or projected movies. The fun continues upstairs with a separate bar+movie room w/bonus foldout bed. The space BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: Primary room facing the Lake - 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom #2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom #3: 1 Full Bed (Sleeps 2) and 1 Twin over Twin bunk bed (Sleeps 2) KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new dishware to prepare your favorite meals. Keurig K-Duo coffee machine to brew K-cup and coffee grounds, blender, 4-piece toaster, electric mixer and baking pans. You can enjoy your family mealtimes in the kitchen peninsula as well as the dining table or the breakfast nook. FIREPLACE ROOM: This area is equipped with a professional mini projector with Bluetooth 5.2 and a cloth screen to enjoy movies and family night games by the wood burning fireplace. MOVIE ROOM/MULTI-PURPOSE: This room includes a dry bar equipped with a large assortment of glasses, two comfortable couches and a TV to enjoy family time. Also, a large collection of games is available for your family’s entertainment. BATHROOMS: Two full sized bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap), towels, and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR PATIO & BACKYARD: The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and grilling and has private direct access to Witter’s Lake. In the winter times, when the temperatures drop down, the lake is ideal for ice skating (at your own risk). For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external security cameras in the property, one located by the garage door facing the driveway and one in the back patio facing the lake. Other things to note A Rental Agreement will be shared with guest to complete and sign after booking confirmation is received. To prevent damage from freezing temperatures, the dock is removed from the water after November 1st.
