The bedroom includes a queen-size bed and provides partial privacy from the living room, which features a sofa bed. Please note that the bedroom does not have a door. Guests can relax in the shared backyard, which includes a 9-foot-deep swimming pool, outdoor furniture, and seating areas. While this unit does not include dedicated off-street parking, it may be offered based on availability. If not, free street parking is available, though it can be challenging to find. Guests are fully responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions. Children under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area without adult supervision. Prior to check-in, all guests are required to sign a "Waiver of Liability" form. The host reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with this requirement. Guests are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area during their stay. The use of fragile items such as glassware or china and smoking within the pool enclosure is strictly forbidden. For your safety and the safety of others, please adhere to these guidelines. The pool area is under surveillance for security purposes.
