Located a few minutes walk from the city center train station, 10 minutes by car from the TGV station and 2km from the south exit of the highway. Ideally designed for 4 people (6 people possible with extra charge). Quiet neighborhood and close to local shops with the valence canals across the street The space This 85 m2 space is totally independent. Family of 4, we live on the upper floor of the house Living room: You have a table for 6 people, a sofa bed 160 cm wide, a TV. Bedroom 1: Two single beds 90 cm wide that can be pushed together (ask us). There is plenty of space. Bedroom 2: A 160cm double bed Bathroom with two sinks, shower and washing machine. Separate toilets. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Tables for 6 people Other things to note We live above the accommodation. Accommodation not recommended if you want to organize a party or have a big nightlife :)
