This is a private room within an entire house just an 8 minute drive to ideal nursing home, 10 minute drive to Willow point nursing/ rehab center, Binghamton University, Uhs Wilson Medical center & Wegmans grocery store. 14 minutes to Lourdes Hospital and many more local restaurants! If you have any questions just send me a message and I can answer them for you! The space This is a private room within an entire house . You’ll have access to two brand new soft but firm full size beds. You’ll have a futon couch that lays down into a bed for 1 additional guest to use. This room is located on the second floor upstairs (Climbing stairs required) Within the room you’ll have access to a full desk and chair, A Roku tv for you to use any streaming accounts you might have. A keurig coffee machine, a full closet in this room as well as a dresser to store your clothes when you unpack. You’ll also have a private half bathroom within your room. You’ll have a brand new luxury tub for soaking after a long day. There is also a shower attachment so that you can rinse off if you prefer. You’ll have a vanity mirror and sink within the half bathroom as well. The toilet will be located in the shared bathroom You’ll have access to a full kitchen, living room with a 75 inch roku tv, half bathroom off of the kitchen that will be shared with other airbnb verified guests. The washer and dryer will be located down stairs in the basement with accessibility from inside the house. The laundry room is available for all guests to use. ONLY the washer and dryer may be accessed. Please do not enter other doors or use any other rooms located in the basement!! What I provide: bedsheets, comforter, pillows, two towels and washcloths per two guests. Extra linen will be provided for extra guests added to reservations. In kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, cups, Bowls, plates, knives, bottle opener, microwave, keurig coffee machine , full size fridge,stove, oven, kcups, creamer cups in the coffee bar area Coffee ,Paper towels toilet paper are provided upon arrival and restock is the guests responsibility if you run out before my housekeeper comes to restock the shared supplies between reservation During your stay All hosts listed are available to answer any questions or messages you may have here in the Airbnb app. Please reach out for any emergencies.
